Caysees Refund & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.
You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Your refund will only be processed back to the original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@caysees.com.au
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items currently in stock.
If your preferred size or colour is out of stock, you may wait until the item is restocked for an exchange or request a refund instead.
Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
