Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Please refer to our size guide for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we do recommend sizing up for comfort. If your unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help you choose the right size.


Q: What materials are your pieces made from?

A: Our activewear is made from soft, stretchy, and breathable fabric designed for comfort and a sculpted fit. The Elemental Collection is crafted from a premium Nylon & Elastane blend.


Q: Are your leggings squat-proof?

A: Yes — our leggings are designed to provide confident coverage while remaining soft, flexible, and comfortable to wear.


Q: Do the shorts ride up?

A: Our shorts are designed to provide a sculpting, flattering fit. As fit and movement can vary depending on body shape and personal preference, experiences may differ between individuals.


Q: Do you restock items?

A: Some of our most popular pieces may be restocked depending on demand. We are always sampling new pieces, working on new collections, colours and upcoming future drops so there will always be new designs to look forward to. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page! 


Q: Can I return items if they don’t fit?

A: We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.


Q: What if I receive a faulty item?

A: Every piece is carefully inspected prior to packaging and dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: We currently offer standard shipping Australia-wide. Express shipping options will be available in the future.


Q: Do you use digitally enhanced imagery?

A: Some campaign imagery may feature digitally enhanced visuals or creative presentation elements. We always aim to represent our products, colours, and fit as accurately as possible. As a small independent brand in our very first launch phase, this allows us to showcase our collection while keeping costs accessible. As Caysees grows we look forward to investing in professional studio photography and real life campaign shoots. 


Q: How long does it take to process orders?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
